中文：魏敦瑞（Weidenreich Franz，1873～1948）、裴文中（1904～1982）、贾兰坡（1908～2001）等 周口店北京猿人发现研究人员唯一合影银盐纸基 一帧1941年1月4日作款识：39291/A。4/1/41。说明：此为周口店北京猿人发现研究人员唯一合影，1941年1月4日摄于北京协和医院解剖室门前。北京人头盖骨的出土被誉为“古人类研究史中最为动人的发现”，其波折身世更成为历史绝响。第一排右三为裴文中，1929年12月2日第一个发现完整的北京猿人头盖骨。此后，发掘出的猿人化石一直保存在北京协和医院。第一排左四为魏敦瑞，世界著名的人类学家，1935年至1941年担任协和医院教授，研究北京人化石，著有《中国猿人头骨》、《中国猿人下颌骨》等著作。第二排左四为贾兰坡，1936年11月连续发现三具北京猿人头盖骨，震惊国际学术界。第二排右二为吴英恺，中国胸外心科奠基人，时任协和医院外科医生。就在此照拍摄后不久，太平洋战争爆发。经协和医院与重庆政府协商，魏敦瑞离华时将北京猿人头骨等重要标本暂时运美，以免落入日本之手。不想途中标本全部失踪，成为历史不解之谜。WEIDENREICH FRANZ, PEI WENZHONG, JIA LANPO, ETC. A GROUP PHOTO OF THE RESEARCHERS OF PEKING MAN SITE AT ZHOUKOUDIANGelatin silver print (one piece)Dated January 4, 194124.5×19cmRMB: 10,000－20,000像者简介：1.魏敦瑞（Weidenreich Franz，1873～1948），德国人，世界著名解剖学家、体质人类学家，周口店北京猿人化石研究者之一。1935～1941年间任北京协和医学院教授，担任中国地质调查所新生代研究室名誉主任，研究北京人化石。著有《中国猿人头骨》、《中国猿人下颌骨》等系列专著。2.裴文中（1904～1982），字明华，河北丰南人。史前考古学家、古生物学家。1927年毕业于北京大学地质系，1929年起主持并参与周口店的发掘，是北京猿人第一个头盖骨的发现者。后主持山顶洞人遗址发掘，为中国旧石器考古学做出重大贡献。3.贾兰坡（1908～2001），字郁生，笔名贾郁生、周龙、蓝九公。中国著名旧石器考古学家、古人类学家、第四纪地质学家。1936年11月连续发现三具北京猿人头盖骨，震惊国际学术界。4.吴英恺（1910～2003），辽宁人。中国胸心外科和心血管病流行学的奠基人。在中国最先成功进行食管癌手术，在医疗、科学、国际医学交流等方面均作出杰出贡献。1933至1941年，担任北京协和医院外科医生。
