中文（臺灣）：本文介紹高雄市的鮪魚產業及其種類，本市為國際知名的鮪釣漁業基地，漁場遍及全球，對國家漁業有相當經濟貢獻，更能間接進行國民外交。
本市漁業之發展始於日治的1916年，其後漁船規模逐漸擴大，漁場也由近海擴展至蘇緣海、南中國海、西里伯斯海，進至太平洋中部及印度洋東南部。鮪魚種類有黃鰭鮪、大眼鮪、長鰭鮪、黑鮪等，偶爾有印度鮪，黃鰭鮪和大眼鮪為內銷，其餘為外銷。黃鰭鮪、大眼鮪分布於太平洋、大西洋、印度洋之溫熱帶海域，為基本鮪類，是重要的經濟鮪類。黑鮪為基本鮪類，漁場是臺灣東海面至日本薩南黑潮海域，在戰前較為常見，頗具經濟價值。南方鮪為黑鮪與大眼鮪的雜交種，漁場在印度洋東南部，南半球亦有漁場，肉質近黑鮪。長鰭鮪，分布於溫熱帶海域。大西洋鮪分布大西洋西部熱帶海域，臺灣較少見。長腰鮪，分布於日本南部、臺灣至澳洲等地。 從上述可見臺灣食用的經濟鮪類是黃鰭鮪、大眼鮪，目前也逐漸興起吃黑鮪。 |
