中文：駐越南代表處僑務工作座談 聚焦北越創設僑校

駐越南代表處於8日24日舉辦111年僑務工作座談會，由大使石瑞琦主持，與會人員包括僑務委員洪志華、僑務諮詢委員高國華、陳耀奎、僑務顧問柯秋木、李國隆、僑務促進委員蔡建修、張畯珅、徐嘉隆、越南臺灣商會聯合總會總會長簡智明、北寧分會副會長林軒節、太平分會副會長鄭閎元，以及非凡教育中心負責人陳秋蓉等。
座談前先由僑務秘書蔡佩珊說明本年僑務委員會議中心議題及政策方案議題，另介紹「i僑卡」各項特色，以及鼓勵僑界踴躍參加111年雙十國慶活動，最後期盼在場僑務榮譽職人員及僑領們協助廣宣「僑胞服務手冊」、「越南僑胞國際醫療整合服務方案」、「全球僑臺商產學合作方案」，以及「全球僑臺商產業升級與技術服務方案」等，讓更多僑界人士瞭解並運用。
石瑞琦致詞時表示，近來越南官方就中國大陸對臺軍演表達關切，但會讓關心臺灣的外國友人知道，臺灣一定會做足準備，絕不輕易屈服中國大陸威脅；另說明為能在今年僑務委員會議召開前匯集僑界建言，希望大家透過本次座談，踴躍提出意見。
與會人士除建議僑務委員會提供電子商務相關資源、教育部獎學金與各商會主辦之華語文比賽結合、將海外僑臺商納入國家發展重要領域，針對北越地區設置僑民（臺灣）學校議題，更是引起熱烈討論，凸顯解決僑臺商子女就學問題之迫切性。
石瑞琦另代表僑委會委員長童振源，轉頒僑務榮譽職聘書給續任僑務促進委員徐嘉隆。會後餐敘交流，氣氛溫馨熱絡，會議圓滿順利。
