Description
中文：駐葡萄牙代表處於本（12）月15日晚7時在本處館長職務宿舍舉辦「第一屆華葡語演講比賽」，參賽者包括此間學習華語之葡國學生、政府及貿協葡語學員及留學生共15人。
周代表麟致詞時與參賽者分享學習外語之經驗，並鼓勵參賽者持續學習華語與葡語，多與台或葡學生相互交流切磋，持之以恒，定能有所成。
