中文：駐緬甸代表處張代表俊福於9月29日至30日訪問緬北地區僑社及僑校。29日下午，張俊福由僑務組秘書楊碧華、聖光中學副校長李明昌及果邦學校校長賴志賢陪同，訪問緬北果文文教會，受到會長柳潤蒼、副會長張湘武、楊善麟等人的熱烈歡迎。張俊福稱許文教會為緬北地區的華校提供聯繫與活動的平臺，增進會員之間的交流和聯繫，共謀改善和促進華文教育發展。

張俊福29日在聖光中學主持「僑務委員會2018年緬北華文資深教師頒獎典禮」，代表僑務委員會委員長，頒發榮譽章及獎狀予服務屆滿50年、40年、30年、20年、10年及5年資深老師，本年緬北地區計有95位校長、老師榮獲僑委會資深教師獎。頒獎典禮結束後並與臘戌雲南同鄉會、兩廣同鄉會、福建同鄉會及果文、黑猛龍、明德、聖光、果聯等學校校長及代表等30餘人座談。
張俊福表示駐緬甸代表處自成立以來，對於緬華各界辦理前往台灣的簽證，以及文件驗證等方面帶來很大的便利，這些都是希望能提供大家更好的服務。並闡述政府新南向政策，也強調政府針對緬華子弟開放更多升學管道，鬆綁更多規定，更多機會，歡迎緬華子弟到臺灣升學發展。
此外，他在緬北期間除參訪臘戌雲南會館、兩廣會館、福建會館外，亦分別訪問臘戌黑猛龍中學、明德中學、果文中學及聖光中學，深入瞭解各校運作現況。
