中文：為持續擴大推動臺緬醫療衛生合作，駐緬甸代表處日前促成緬甸「臘戌社會福利會」（Social Welfare Association, Lashio）與新光吳火獅紀念醫院 (Shin Kong Wu Ho-su Memorial Hospital) 簽署合作備忘錄，兩方於6月24日舉行線上簽署儀式，由臘戌福利會主席U Maung Myint與新光醫院國際醫療緬甸小組執行長許榮輝醫師代表簽約，本處李朝成大使、雲郁菁組長線上觀禮。

雙方首次合作將辦理醫事人員臨床進修與訓練計畫，從緬甸遴選兩位肝膽腸胃科及腎臟科醫師，預計在9月間前往臺灣接受為期三個月的密集訓練及參訪，精進各項臨床專業及當前醫療新知與技術，促進國際交流。
駐緬甸代表處李朝成大使表示，我國新南向醫衛合作政策是藉由我國在醫療服務、公共衛生、醫材藥品發展等軟實力優勢及廣泛成功經驗，推動與新南向國家之能量架構及建立雙向合作機制。
他提及新光醫院長期以來積極與緬甸醫療機構互動，多次將急難且治療有困難的病人轉至新光就醫，而且在全球疫情依然嚴峻之際，不間斷地與緬甸醫療院所保持聯繫、籌備各項人才培育計畫；臘戌社會福利會是緬甸撣邦重要的NGO，除開辦慈善綜合診所，亦營運洗腎中心，為當地病患提供寶貴的醫療服務，並積極地與國際NGO合作。

他期許未來在MOU的架構下，兩方持續開拓多元合作項目，建立實質夥伴關係，創造雙贏。
