中文：駐緬甸代表處邀獲臺灣畫家郭正宏於111年國慶期間訪問緬甸進行藝文交流

駐緬甸代表處邀獲臺灣畫家郭正宏於中華民國國慶假期期間訪問仰光，與緬甸藝文界交流並舉辦素描教學活動，以展現臺灣軟實力。郭老師亦應邀出席駐緬甸代表處於10月9日舉辦的慶祝111年國慶餐酒會，他現場揮筆，示範以自創「枯枝筆」速寫仰光大金塔，為國慶活動增添藝文氣息。
第一場教學活動在仰光郊區Chekavati Buddhist University佛教大學舉辦，並有鄰近的寺廟青少年參與，共計20餘人，郭老師首日示範教學，指導學生如何運用簡單的鉛筆及彩色筆等文具素描，對在場多數女尼大學生而言，可謂是人生的第一場美術課；隔二日再赴該校講評學生所完成的畫作；創校女尼Dr. Chekavati親自接待，感謝駐緬甸代表處安排臺灣畫家蒞校教學，並邀約畫家明年春季再訪仰光擔任駐校畫家，為該校開設藝術課程。
第二場教學活動，係與此間「愛緬基金會」（Chit Myit Tar Foundation）合辦，由趙德仁執行長及此間學生志工等陪同，於10月10日造訪位於仰光蘭達雅（Hlaing Thar Yar）的仁愛育幼院（Agape Charity Children Center），共有37位5至15歲的緬甸學童參與，小學童隨性作畫，展現天馬行空的創意，大獲郭老師讚賞。兩校教學活動相關文具均由此間臺商「仰光第一文教製造有限公司」（Yangon First Stationary Manufacturing Co., Ltd.）贊助提供。該百分百臺資公司於2016年將業務自越南擴展到緬甸，在勃固省設立新廠。
參訪活動主要在仰光知名藝廊New Treasury Art Gallery，會晤緬甸當代最知名畫家之一Min Wae Aung並參觀其畫室與畫作，進行臺緬藝術交流；亦包括在大金塔（Shwedagon Pagoda）、皇家湖（Kandawgyi Lake）、仰光臥佛（Chaukhatagyi Buddha Temple）現場寫生；另並接受此間主流媒體記者一對一專訪。
郭正宏擅長城市速寫，除舉辦畫展、出版畫冊，於2016年成為台灣第一位受邀參加義大利MATITE IN VIAGGIO國際速寫聯展，亦曾多次在法國、義大利、澳洲等地演講、授課及展覽，將美麗景緻透過畫筆，讓國際看見臺灣。他每年籌組「旅行速寫團」赴世界各地旅行作畫，紀錄旅途中的風光與人文點滴。他將訪緬相關活動以錄影及攝影做紀錄，已剪輯製作5支影片於Youtube頻道播映，分別是「旅行速寫VLOGO」緬甸大金塔、開箱國慶午宴、仰光仁愛育幼院、仰光佛教大學、緬甸藝術家Min Wae Aung工作室，影片內容彰顯藝術人文跨越國界自然交流，各支影片觀賞者眾，且緬甸觀眾約佔百分之十，頗具強化臺緬公眾外交與國際文宣之雙重效益。
