Description
中文（臺灣）：駐秘魯代表處吳大使進木於本(4)月5日上午應「秘魯前國會議員協會」邀請，出席該協會在國會主辦之「重申民主日典禮暨國際合作研討會」並發表演說，介紹台秘雙邊合作計畫現況。

吳大使分就「中華民國簡史」、「我國國際援助合作計畫延革」、「台秘雙邊合作現況及未來」及「我國爭取參加TPP案」等議題向現場政、經、學及媒體等人士詳加說明。吳大使強調台秘雙邊合作在醫療、教育及縮短數位落差方面獲得顯著成果，並舉實例佐證，受到現場聽眾熱烈回應。吳大使同時呼籲秘國各界支持我國加入TPP，以深化台秘雙邊交流，創造雙贏之經貿關係。

吳大使演說歷時40分鐘，當地電視台全程現場轉播，增進秘魯各界對我國之瞭解，充分發揮文宣效益。
