Description
中文：駐新加坡台北代表處代表梁國新4月5日中午代表政府轉頒總統任命令及僑務委員會聘書予續任的僑務委員張嘉升。

梁代表表示，感謝張委員就任以來持續推動各項工作，例如在疫情發生初期，出錢出力申購我國口罩捐贈當地機構抗疫，以具體行動充分傳達對於星國疫情發展的關切，疫情期間也持續支持代表處各項活動，尤其在文化藝術的推廣上更是不遺餘力；梁代表期許張委員繼續提供智慧與建議，作為僑界與政府的溝通橋樑，並支持代表處推動台星雙邊關係。

張委員分別就疫情與俄烏戰爭對產業的衝擊、台星經濟與文化交流等議題提供建言。張委員夫人蘇慧英女士、代表處副代表戴輝源、秘書張志涵等同仁亦出席交流，氣氛熱絡。
