Description
中文（臺灣）：忠孝新村位於宜蘭縣頭城鎮合興里，居民主要來自下大陳，忠孝新村落成時，共有105戶481人，以小型漁船輔導就業，但全村僅分配到11艘2噸半的動力舢舨，以日治時期興建之大溪漁港為漁船出入活動的主要港口，從事近海捕撈漁業。 　　忠孝新村為宜蘭四處大陳新村中最早興建者。房舍為磚砌水泥粉刷一層平房，屋頂為雙坡斜頂，屋頂鋪設水泥瓦。內部牆面為節省經費，故以土牆替代磚牆。全村房舍依循著山坡等高線配置，共有四排，各排房舍間以階梯連接。除房舍外，忠孝新村有5處公共廁所，民生用水則是將山泉水引至村內之蓄水池。
