中文（臺灣）：1947年3月19日深夜，突如其來的槍響驚醒了沉睡中的頭城鎮鎮民，翌日凌晨赫然發現媽祖廟（今慶元宮）的廟埕有兩個坑洞埋了七個人的屍體。其中呂金發、賴阿塗、曾朝宜三人為宜蘭警察，同埋一坑；郭章垣（宜蘭醫院院長）、蘇耀邦（宜蘭農校代理校長）、葉風鼓（宜蘭警察課代理課長）、林蔡齡（台灣銀行宜蘭分行行員）四人同埋一坑。消息一出，人心惶惶，家屬更是充滿驚嚇與哀傷，地方士紳盧纘祥出面與軍方溝通，准許3月20日天黑後收屍，於是連夜匆促地草埋在頂埔公墓，這是宜蘭228死傷最慘的事發地點。傷痛可以撫平，歷史卻不能遺忘，宜蘭縣政府回應228受難者家屬關懷協會前理事長呂崧海的建議，特別於2016年2月26日10時在頭城慶元宮前廣場舉行「宜蘭縣二二八事件受難者紀念碑」揭牌儀式，除對二二八事件受難者的追思懷念外，更希望從歷史事件中吸取教訓，從而教育下一代勿忘來時路，莫再重蹈歷史的錯誤。 |
