中文（臺灣）：蘇花公路是一條幾經開墾擴建及改道修築、沿著蜿蜒海岸與艱險的自然環境爭路所鑿成的重要聯絡道路，其施工過程的艱險自然不言而喻。其中在日治時期就有兩名日本人因在烏嚴吊橋旁的工寮發生意外而被炸死，官方就曾立了一塊「遭難碑」以茲紀念，當地人稱「石牌公」；之後造路過程中殉職人員陸續增至六人，此碑於戰後改名為「開路先鋒碑」。隨著蘇花公路的修建工程持續進行，碑上紀錄的罹難者加增到十三名。1996年前後，長年承包蘇花公路改善工程的李朝松先生，感念自己承接的工程一路平安順利，認為冥冥之中有神靈護佑，因此倡議集資修建新廟，當時不僅公路總局支持，常跑蘇花公路的職業駕駛與當地居民也都共襄盛舉，即以「開路先鋒碑」為主體建廟，1997年新廟落成，冠名「慶安堂」，當地人亦尊稱「開路先鋒爺廟」，也有人稱呼為「石牌公廟」。另廟後方有一觀景平台，是遠眺碧綠青山、偎傍湛藍海水的東澳灣之極佳位置。 |
