中文：達悟族朗島社（Iraraley）陶碗，新北市鶯歌區南靖里（南靖厝）
English: Most of the Tao pottery was used to hold food and water. The forms, included pot, jar and bowl, were used in accordance with different types of food, ritual, gender and usage, as well as adapting to different situations and limitations. Pottery doll was created from clay scraps, which had entertainment and commodity value. The Tao is the only indigenous people in Taiwan who possesses the craft of smelting, as a result, they also were able to develope pottery crucible. |
