Description
中文：越南臺灣商會聯合總會河內分會於12月25日假河內市君悅酒店舉辦「第十六屆第六次理監事聯席會議暨第二次會員大會」，由會長洪志華主持，包括僑務諮詢委員蔡寵恩、陳耀奎、高國華、僑務顧問陳威銘、黃雍正、僑務促進委員蔡建修、張畯珅、越南臺灣事務委員會秘書長陳維海、駐臺北越南經濟文化辦事處前公使阮正勝、越總同奈分會會長吳明穎、西寧分會會長郭海豐、新順分會會長劉佳原、青商會會長陳靜璿以及河內商會理監事暨會員等，計約180人參加，駐處公使林易民偕經濟組組長曾顯照、教育組組長朱多銘、科技組組長鄧文玲及僑務秘書蔡佩珊等多位同仁應邀出席。

林易民於理監事聯席會議致詞時，除祝福該商會全體會員聖誕快樂，並提醒在越臺商應注意事項，包括工作證有效期限等；曾顯照說明2022年越南經濟狀況與未來發展趨勢；蔡佩珊鼓勵臺商朋友踴躍申辦i僑卡，以及協助宣傳僑務委員會辦理之產學攜手合作僑生專班與海青班。當日會員大會議程包括商會會務及財務報告，會中通過修訂章程第11條、第16條、第20條第1款及第4款，有關會員資格與晉升資深理事暨聘請顧問之條件等相關規定。
本次聯歡餐會由林易民公使代表僑委會童振源委員長，轉頒僑務榮譽職聘書給續任僑務促進委員蔡建修，另頒發僑委會感謝狀，表達對河內商會積極策劃多項雙十國慶活動之謝意。此外，為搭配聖誕節歡樂氣氛，餐會主題訂為「名人Cosplay/角色裝扮」，共有20多人報名參賽，前三名分別獲得中華、長榮及星宇3家航空公司提供的機票大獎，過程熱鬧有趣，全體與會者度過了一個難忘的聖誕節。
