中文：越南北寧臺灣商會 花好月圓歡慶中秋

越南臺灣商會聯合總會北寧分會於9月3日假北寧市舉辦「第四屆第九次理監事聯席會議暨2022年中秋佳節聯歡晚會」，包括僑務委員洪志華、僑務諮詢委員蔡寵恩，以及北寧分會理監事與會員等近100人出席，駐越南代表處大使石瑞琦偕經濟組組長曾顯照、秘書紀珮宜及僑務秘書蔡佩珊應邀前往參加。
當日會議由分會會長黃雍正主持，採取座談會方式進行。石瑞琦致詞表示，目前臺灣人在越南辦理簽證不易，特別是工作證，代表處會持續與越南政府溝通，臺商朋友們如遇有任何困難，都可以向代表處反映。洪志華除分享8月24日越南地區僑務工作座談討論事項，並鼓勵北越地區臺商明年踴躍參加僑務委員會主辦之海外臺商精品獎選拔活動。
曾顯照也藉此說明近期臺越雙方經貿往來情形；蔡佩珊則鼓勵僑界返國參加111年雙十國慶活動，另說明僑胞卡將於今年9月起升級為虛擬「i僑卡」，歡迎大家踴躍申辦。
會議議程除會務報告及財務報告，並就分會下半年慈善活動具體辦法及流程規劃、成立第五屆理監事之選務工作委員會，以及舉辦國慶盃暨僑委會成立90週年紀念盃撞球比賽等議題進行討論。會後舉辦中秋佳節聯歡晚會，邀集全體會員提前慶祝，透過餐敘交流，彼此祝福身體健康、佳節愉快，會議順利圓滿結束。
