中文：越南僑界關懷救助協會拜會駐越南代表處

為宣揚越南僑界關懷救助協會成立宗旨，促進會務推動更加順利，該協會規劃自2月23日起展開北越請益行程。首站來到河內，會長郭順德偕榮譽顧問高國華、輔導會長錢宣甫、監事長張昆仁、副會長張家農、蔡建修、常務理事張宏洋、財務長楊孝苑、秘書長劉曲子及副秘書長蔡維庭等10人，於2月23日上午拜會駐越南代表處，由大使石瑞琦偕公使林易民、領務組組長昌建明、副組長陸美誼及僑務秘書蔡佩珊接見。
石瑞琦致詞時表示，越南僑界關懷救助協會自成立以來，無私幫助許多臺商及旅外國人解決困難，精神令人敬佩，希望藉此機會與協會進行交流，強化協會與代表處間的聯繫合作。
郭順德首先說明協會成立及會務推動過程，並舉例疫情期間，協會免費提供清冠一號，幫助染疫臺商度過難關，以及日前同奈陳姓臺籍幹部不幸往生，協會立刻協助在臺家屬辦理各項文件，特別感謝駐胡志明市辦事處在最短時間內完成文件驗證，讓家屬能帶著骨灰順利返臺。

透過經驗及案例分享，協會與代表處雙方互動熱絡。協會接著將陸續拜會越南臺灣商會聯合總會河內分會、海防分會、太平分會及北寧分會，期讓更多僑界人士認識協會、鼓勵更多熱心僑胞加入，除提供我國僑胞及臺越家庭關懷與救助，未來並將積極協助新臺灣之子在越南的就學及就養問題，讓僑界凝聚的愛心，持續在越南發光發熱。
