酵素の阻害様式によって反応速度曲線は独特の応答を示す。拮抗阻害の場合はVmaxは移動せず、Kmが移動する。一方、非拮抗阻害の場合はKmは移動せずVmaxが移動する。混合型阻害の場合は両方の寄与が見られる。
