Description
中文（繁體）：1920至1930年代日治期間，隨著基隆要塞司令部之設置，殖民政府在大沙灣地區（昔日為真砂町行政區）；今中正路、中正區公所址地及其對面區域一帶，興建了「司令部官舍」群、供為日籍士、官宿舍居所。這批官舍群，在1931年市街改制後，劃為真砂町5番地、6番地，戰後門牌號碼介於中正路107至250號之間。數十年來，經歷過建實新村之國軍眷舍使用與拆除改建後，如今僅存之基隆要塞司令部校官眷舍保存案例，位於基隆市中正區中正路111、113號；於2006年12月07日受公告為基隆市定古蹟。為1930年代基隆地區軍事要塞建築群之一，目前少數僅存之日式宿舍。(國家文化資產網)
