Description
中文：這張照片是彰化基督教醫院所有同仁都認識的照片，雖然僅是背影，但卻是蘭大弼與高仁愛呈現出深厚情感，且永恆不離的照片。

蘭大弼醫生與高仁愛醫生雖然於1980年7月自彰化基督教醫院退休，返回英國居住，但仍多次返回曾經服務過的福建泉州惠世醫院及彰化拜訪故友，並遊覽台灣各地。這照片是蘭大弼與高仁愛於1992年返回台灣時，與朋友同行前往梨山、玉山旅遊，在玉山半途的小徑上由朋友替他們拍攝的記錄。
照片中蘭大弼牽著高仁愛的手前行，循著玉山的小徑前行，小徑旁是玉山的低矮灌木叢，他們兩人齊心迎向藍天，從1947年節婚後到1992，高仁愛已經罹患卵巢癌，但蘭大弼堅毅、厚實的手是高仁愛的倚靠。

蘭大弼與高仁愛，以實際的生活貫徹聖經的教導：「既然如此，夫妻不再是兩個人，乃是一體的了。（聖經新約馬可福音第10章，第8節）」
