中文（臺灣）：蘇澳晉安宮前羅提督興學碑
羅提督義學碑 碑文 台北蘇澳背山面海，距蘭城五十里。歸化之番雜處，南、北兩澳其地距生番社不遠，地僻人稀，民番識丁者少。同治甲戊之秋，欽命福建全省提督軍門衝勇巴圖魯功加一等羅，奉 旨統師台北，駐紮蘇澳；督率弁勇進闢後山，沿山伐木，開路直達泗波瀾大港北岸，計程三百餘里。沿途撫番、衛民、招墾之外，復蒙惠及民番，自捐資銀五百員，札廳生息。永于蘇澳設立義學，酌議條款，嚴定章程，並將欽命台澎兵備道兼提督學政夏 所建蘇澳之廟傍，瓦屋三橺、草屋二棚，咨請撥爲課讀學堂，以垂久遠。屯營講武之餘，繼以文教菁莪雅化，又將見於台北海濱矣！茲特紀載於石，後之上進者，當知木本水源，寔出軍門養育恩深之所致，共誌弗諼。云爾。 大清光緒元年歲次乙亥六月 日 三澳總董 鄭禮泉、王秀俊、黃寶忠暨舖戶庄民等仝立 |
