Description
中文（臺灣）：岳明新村土地有25.07公頃，土地為美援會所贈與，共興建房屋304戶。其房舍為紅磚造表面水泥粉刷，屋頂原為雙坡水泥瓦頂，1961年的波密拉颱風將全村屋頂幾乎吹毀，重建後改為水泥平頂。 　　岳明新村全村房舍依家庭人口數，分成三種不同規模的房舍。A型房舍：15棟93戶，每戶5坪，住5-6人；B型房舍：6棟34戶，每戶6坪，住7-9人；C型房舍：28棟117戶，每戶3坪，住2-4人。這些房舍面積都相當小，且沒有配置廁所，若需如廁，即必須到新村所設置的公共廁所使用。
