Description
中文（臺灣）：蘇澳山海關城隍廟位於蘇澳鎮存仁里，舊地名為「功勞埔」。根據廟內〈蘇澳鎮存仁里（功勞埔）大眾爺廟沿革碑文〉的記載，功勞埔一帶原有兩間萬善祠，都是因安放開墾整地時所挖出之無主枯骨所建，一間在現址，於日治時期創建；另一間在後崙，為戰後所興建。1993年時，地方民眾請示地方公廟定安宮主神五顯大帝，允許將兩處萬善祠合併一處重建，稱「大眾廟」，並配置地藏王菩薩與福德正神。其後，根據〈山海關城隍廟緣起〉，大眾爺在1998年經玉皇大帝同意，示夢地方民眾，在該年5月10日昇格為城隍爺，廟宇改稱「山海關城隍廟」。
