中文（臺灣）：照片中為臺灣阿美族人穿著正裝的頭目。在具有年齡階層和頭目制度的阿美族社會中，帽子與服飾皆具有社會地位區別的功能，在男子的年齡階層制度中，不同的年齡階段必須穿著不同樣式的服飾，代表穿著者的身份與責任。一般來說，頭目和長老的頭飾較華麗，正裝的頭目衣著形制為紅色長袍、頭目羽冠，搭配項鍊、攜物袋等飾物，頭上配戴大羽冠並裝飾有山豬牙、山羌角、羽毛等，造型的飾品展現頭目威望。然而由於傳統文化的流失，今日已大量使用人造纖維、塑膠串珠等材質，來做飾品。本資料出自於《顧我洄瀾：花蓮歷史影像集》，此書由花蓮出身的葉柏強先生撰寫，是一本擁有大量歷史影像的書籍，於2016年（民國105年）出版，可以透過此書了解花蓮的城市變遷樣貌。 |
