中文(臺灣):臺北市長柯文哲24日在2015民間能源會議中表示,核四在政治上不太可能再蓋下去,但這是問題的開始而不是結束;包括未來臺灣產業調整、能源政策、節能政策都環環相扣,需要徹底檢討,不過重點是臺灣已經不能再發展高耗能、高污染產業。針對民眾提問,核四已花了3,000億元,詢問柯市長,「如果你是中華民國的總統,敢不敢廢核四」?柯市長則說,核四是錯誤決策,應該「認賠殺出」。 |
