Description
中文（臺灣）：臺北市長柯文哲24日在2015民間能源會議中表示，核四在政治上不太可能再蓋下去，但這是問題的開始而不是結束；包括未來臺灣產業調整、能源政策、節能政策都環環相扣，需要徹底檢討，不過重點是臺灣已經不能再發展高耗能、高污染產業。針對民眾提問，核四已花了3,000億元，詢問柯市長，「如果你是中華民國的總統，敢不敢廢核四」？柯市長則說，核四是錯誤決策，應該「認賠殺出」。
