中文（臺灣）：兒童節前夕，臺北市長柯文哲上午出席「希望的翅膀—社子孩童齊飛翔」聯合記者會。社子島遭中央禁建40多年，造成當地弱勢居民比例偏高，柯文哲致詞時坦承「臺北市政府對不起社子島居民」，他指出，北市府會儘快確定社子島的開發案，解除社子島的禁建，在開發案未確定前，北市各局處可以提供的資源會優先到社子島，儘量能做的部分先做。
