Description
中文：駐聖露西亞大使沈正宗於本(6)月17日受邀見證在露國教育部舉行的聖露西亞衛斯理紀念國民小學(Gordon & Walcott Memorial Methodist Primary School)與我國古亭國小簽署交流合作備忘錄(MOU)儀式。

古亭國小校長黃玉貞及露國衛斯理紀念國小校長Margaret Gabriel透過雙邊視訊會議簽署交流合作備忘錄，並由沈大使及露國教育部副次長Kendall Khodra共同見證，雙方再以航遞方式完成簽署程序。交流備忘錄未來將扮演兩校擴展交流網絡平台及分享教育與教學經驗的角色。
沈大使於致詞時表示本次採網路視訊模式簽署MOU，不僅與我在露國促成的「資訊教育融入教學計畫」(ICT in Education)旨意相符，更是全球疫情肆虐下臺露雙邊關係的里程碑，期許臺露兩國透過合作共促教育品質進步。
古亭國小黃校長表示該校盼協助學生擴展國際視野及建立地球公民觀，聖露西亞與臺灣同為海島國家且為我邦交國，甚具交流意義，期待未來與露方交流該校設計的「海島保衛戰-永續發展小公民行動」課程活動；露國教育部副次長Kendall Khodra則感謝我國促成「資訊科技融入教學計畫」，有效提昇露國教育體系諸多硬體設備及觀念。

交流合作備忘錄為臺露雙邊「資訊教育融入教學計畫」項下鼓勵國際教育交流的重要環節，簽署儀式現場另有國合會派駐露國負責執行「資訊教育融入教學計畫」之計畫經理黃華靖、露國教育部教育長(Chief Education Officer)Fiona Phillip-Mayer、第二學區負責人等官員及媒體出席，古亭國小輔導室主任梁丹齡亦透過視訊與會。
