中文（臺灣）： 羅東震安宮正殿與後殿間之龍邊廂廊壁面上，嵌刻有「羅東震安宮沿革」碑銘，簡要敘述了震安宮創建至1923（大正12）年重修之間的修建沿革。其碑文內容如下：
「羅東震安宮沿革 粵稽蘭陽初闢時。濁水溪以南當地居民。建廟壹棟在此羅東街南畔。額曰震安宮。恭奉天上聖母。歷有多年。其主倡之人。久已忘其姓氏矣。前清同治初。由五結庄黃永在氏出為鳩貲改築。構成三棟。中奉聖母。後祀觀音。其樓上奉祀水仙尊王。規模較廣。迨清季光緒十八年五月越本廟明治三十七年十一月。前後兩次叠經首事者勸募重修。一則由本街總陳謙遜。承十六份張能旺氏續成其事。一則由五結庄黃礼炎氏獨肩其責。旋及大正拾壹年間。忽逢地震。該廟傾頹。難以言狀。時幸本街信紳胡慶森氏。提出巨貲。兼募当地善信共襄美舉。計金参萬八千圓。日夜勤勞。重行建造。溯自大正拾弍年拾月底。法至仝拾参年拾弍月告竣。廟成之日。頗慰仰瞻。爰書此以垂不朽云。 大正拾四年壹月拾五日 諸人民仝立」 由碑文可知，清同治年間重修時，已奠定震安宮三進規模，正殿主祀天上聖母，後殿起造層樓，一樓奉祀觀音佛祖，二樓奉祀水仙尊王。其後再經兩次修建，至1923（大正12）年已是第四次的重修。 |
