中文（臺灣）： 羅東震安宮「澤庇蘭東」匾懸掛於前殿屋樑下，為木作橫長形有邊框陽刻金字匾額。匾面略呈深藍色，並施以鏍鈿。木匾上下邊框雕以雙龍護珠，兩側雕以八仙，邊框四角為變形雷紋。
中行為陽刻字「澤庇蘭東」，「蘭東」概指當時之羅東郡，意指媽祖德澤庇佑羅東郡之媽祖信徒之意。 上款為「甲子仲秋吉旦 赤嵌羅秀惠書」，甲子年為1924（大正13）年，該年年底羅東震安宮竣工落成，此匾為該年舊曆8月所獻。羅秀惠，臺南人，故稱「赤嵌」。羅秀惠為1888（光緒14）年戊子科舉人，擅書法，戰後在1976年時，曾被臺南市政府稱譽為清代臺南府城十大書法家之一。羅東震安宮中之木匾與楹聯，逾半皆是由羅秀惠手書，類似情形在日治時期的臺灣傳統廟宇建築中並不多見，是羅東震安宮的特色之一。 下款為「郭奠邦 林和 林三環 吳榮坤 林聰明 蔡永茂 黃北 黃明益 黃阿敏 李賜宗 俞石頭 李阿榮 鄭傑 黎坤鐘 潘鏗鐘 林燦然 何水養 楊肇斌 嚴新榮 謝清泉 廖阿三 廖志德 廖永科 廖榮松 一同奉献」，多數為日治中期羅東郡與宜蘭郡具代表性之商業鉅子。 |
