中文（臺灣）： 羅東震安宮「波瀾恬盪」匾懸掛於前殿屋樑下，為木作橫長形有邊框陽刻金字匾額。匾面略呈深藍色，並施以鏍鈿。木匾上下邊框雕以雙龍護珠，兩側雕以八仙，邊框四角為變形雷紋。
中行為陽刻字「波瀾恬盪」，意指風平浪靜、波瀾不興之意。 上款為「甲子年仲秋吉旦 前清戊子科舉人羅秀惠敬書」，甲子年為1924（大正13）年，該年年底羅東震安宮竣工落成，此匾為該年舊曆8月所獻。羅秀惠，臺南人，故稱「赤嵌」。羅秀惠為1888（光緒14）年戊子科舉人，日治之後曾在《臺灣日日新報》漢文部工作，為知名詩人、記者，更擅書法，戰後在1976年時，曾被臺南市政府稱譽為清代臺南府城十大書法家之一。羅東震安宮中之木匾與楹聯，逾半皆是由羅秀惠手書，類似情形在日治時期的臺灣傳統廟宇建築中並不多見，是羅東震安宮的特色之一。 下款為「蘭陽紳士 林拱辰 藍新 蔡士添 林青雲 胡慶森 張俶南 林元弼 潘豐灶 林纘武 陳純精 藍廷珪 江兆麟 陳進財 莊贊勳 朱再枝 石進源 陳登第 一同奉献」，均為日治中期羅東郡與宜蘭郡具代表性之地方領導階層，且多數均任地方街庄長。 |
