中文（臺灣）：在台灣傳統廟宇建築正面中門前，經常可見一對石獅，其功能與門枕石或石鼓相當，主要是做為廟宇高大門扇的穩定支撐構件，在象徵意義上也具有招福避邪的作用。 羅東慶安宮中門前配置一對石獅，兩獅的頭部均略轉向中門處。龍邊側石獅為公獅，右腳做戲球狀，胸前則有銅錢狀裝飾，其上刻有「昭和」「丙子」字樣，即慶安宮重建時間－1936（昭和11）年。羅東慶安宮因主神為鄭成功，因此頗多鄭氏人氏捐獻寄附，此座公石獅基座上即刻有「基隆鄭振芳敬」字樣，鄭振芳為基隆人，開設基隆運送株式會社等多家公司。 虎邊側為母獅小獅，在獅座刻有「平和材木店」、「許平敬献」字樣。許平乃羅東木材巨商許萬枝之父，雲林人，原在嘉義從事木材事業，太平山林場開發後，於1933年遷居羅東，開設平和材木店。 |
