Description
中文（臺灣）：為協助秘魯新聞記者因應全球化及數位化的快速發展，我國政府透過駐秘魯代表處捐贈秘魯記者學會電腦一批，成立「台灣電腦教室」。

駐秘魯代表處吳進木大使於當地時間4月30日與記者學會會長Max Obregon共同主持電腦教室啟用儀式。秘魯Ricardo Palma大學校長Ivan Rodriguez Chavez、媒體記者等百餘人觀禮，氣氛熱烈。

吳大使致詞時強調，台灣向以電腦高科技聞名，樂與友邦分享我經濟發展的成果及經驗，尤其台灣與秘魯同為APEC會員，在APEC架構下，我自2005年起在秘魯推動的APEC數位機會中心計畫(ADOC)，到目前已經設立14個數位學習及電子商務中心，超過10萬名秘國民眾接受資訊訓練，成果卓著。此次記者學會成立電腦教室，將可提供年長記者及會員們學習數位資訊及電子化新聞作業技能，進而提升新聞作業的效率。 Obregon會長致詞時，對我國捐贈電腦再三表達感謝，強調電腦教室以「台灣」命名，是為了彰顯我國資訊工業的傲人成就，同時表達秘台兩國人民的深厚情誼。

秘魯新聞學會（Colegio de Periodistas）係於1982年成立，成員8千餘人遍及秘魯全國各地，其宗旨在保障新聞言論自由及促進新聞教育發展。

(c) For some videos, photos, sheet music and contracted case writings or other works, the administration must especially state that the approval must be duly obtained before use.
