中文（臺灣）：礁溪成功新村居民當初是由來自下大陳的146戶526人所組成，由營造相關專業人員負責砌磚，大陳居民則負責攪拌水泥、搬運材料、挑磚等工作。成功新村在1956年7月落成，居民於7月29日與8月1日分兩批進住。 礁溪成功新村房舍共有三種規格：四口之家住在3.5坪的一層平房中，有109間；六口之家住在6坪的一層平房，有29間；七口之家則住在近7坪的一層平房，有8間。整個礁溪成功新村共有146間房舍。 除了住家房舍外，尚設置了許多公共空間或設施。公共空間包括：大禮堂，或稱「公房」，後因火災燒毀，於1993年改建為「武聖廟」；工廠，約750坪，曾製造過鞭炮、草繩袋、啤酒木箱、藤椅、衣架、糖果、紙捲軸、陀螺、書架與填充玩具，現已廢棄拆除成為空地。公共設施包括：飲用水井、溫泉水井、公共廁所（5座）等。 |
