Description
中文（臺灣）：盧纘祥公館又稱「盧宅」，是宜蘭縣第一任民選縣長──盧纘祥的故宅，於1928年興建完成。當時，盧纘祥先生在政商界經營有道，故邀請台灣總督府監造的宋祖平先生為自己蓋豪宅，是一座台日洋混合風格的氣派宅邸。房屋的巧妙設計，在於日式屋頂上裝有西式「老虎窗」，屋身則採用西式的圓拱，且設有西洋風格常見的迴廊，而建材的使用，則是以洗石子為主，但於牆角台基上，卻做成台灣傳統建築有的「櫃台腳」。後來更當上縣長，可享當時盧家在當地的勢力。因此，在頭城當地有「有盧家富，無盧家厝，有盧家厝，無盧家富」的俗諺。
