中文（臺灣）：〈當牧童睡鴨寮-林安信一輩子造船〉，作者沈如峰，2014年發表於《宜蘭縣第二屆智慧長者-長者是寶》專輯第十篇，該書為宜蘭縣政府發行，地址在宜蘭市縣政北路1號。 首段敘述宜蘭蘇澳大晉造船廠老師傅林安信，自幼撐起家計，之後成為受人尊敬的師傅頭，退休後繼續服務鄉里的人生旅程。林安信出身於五結鄉大眾村，父親在外奔波工作，母親回歸娘家，家境十分困難，么妹在一歲多時送給人家扶養，他與哥哥、大妹，跟著祖母，國小只唸三天，便休學幫人看牛、顧鴨維持生計。16歲時，到南方澳從事製船木工工作。其間，曾當船舶油漆工，晚上出海捕魚，直到26歲結婚，才結束10年漂泊出海的日子，專心在蘇澳造船廠工作，後來，又轉到附近的大晉造船廠當木工師傅。文中提到，林安信在大晉造船廠服務56年，也當起包工工頭師傅，指導員工修船，包括舺舨欄杆、舺板舷牆、駕駛台、網庫、漁艙、機艙等，船艙內外部一般整修工程的木工與油漆施作等，頗受員工、廠方與地方的尊重。文中最後提到，林安信工作之餘，還擔任南方澳昭安宮、南天宮、城隍廟的委員，守望相助隊理事等，熱心地方事務，他說：「退休之後，服務地方的熱忱還是會繼續下去。」 |
