中文（繁體）：清水黃家瀞園，建築完成於日治時期昭和4年(西元1929年)，創建者黃汝舟日治時期曾任三塊厝庄長、四塊厝區長，其子經營米穀生意，因喜於三峽民權街之建築，而鳩工興建大屋，建築為二進雙護龍格局，前庭極為寬廣，並有半月池。第一進為折衷式樣，建築立面柱式、拱圈、山牆融合了西洋建築風格語彙，第二進則為傳統閩南式樣，裝飾手法除牆身貼飾白磁磚外，構架、簷廊、屋脊等皆以傳統的剪黏、交趾陶、泥塑、木雕、石雕、彩繪為之，裝飾風格極為繁複，兼有台灣、日本、西洋等建築風格，可為當時外來文化影響的顯著表徵。 |
