中文(臺灣):沙耙,為上進興打鐵店藝師郭建宏所製造,耙身長20公分,耙身寬12.5公分,耙身厚0.5公分,柄頭高11公分,2019年製成,現存於宜蘭市武營街18號上進興打鐵店。 沙耙,又稱砂耙,不過沙耙並不是耙,而是鋤頭的一種,也有稱為挖仔,鐵製,呈桃尖形的挖土農具,搭配約99公分的木柄,用於挖坑種植菜苗,熟練的農民一下可打出一個漂亮的洞。由於砂耙較輕巧,也給小孩當作小鋤頭,有樣學樣的在菜園裡挖坑種菜苗。另外,菜苗或果樹植株周圍除草,用砂耙,也超好用,由於這時也有耙土、耙砂的功用,故稱砂耙。郭建宏說,手工鍛造與工廠貨在砂耙的耐用方面差別最大,手工的可以用十幾年,工廠的兩三下便會變形,他又說:「要判別手工打造,必須把砂耙翻到背面,中央有一條凸出的稜線,才能耐久,而工廠的沒有這樣的陵線,容易折斷或彎曲。」 |
