Description
中文（繁體）：純米粄條，主要是運用在來米，但單純在來米容易粉裂斷掉，彈性稍嫌不足，通常會混合些許植物澱粉，地瓜粉、太白粉、樹薯粉皆可，也可增加整體Q彈的口感。油蔥酥是美濃板條最主要的配料，香氣撲鼻，口感味美，這是到美濃的遊客不得不品嚐的道地美濃民俗料理。冬瓜封及高麗菜封更是不得不品嚐的民俗佳餚。
