Description
中文(繁體):純米粄條,主要是運用在來米,但單純在來米容易粉裂斷掉,彈性稍嫌不足,通常會混合些許植物澱粉,地瓜粉、太白粉、樹薯粉皆可,也可增加整體Q彈的口感。油蔥酥是美濃板條最主要的配料,香氣撲鼻,口感味美,這是到美濃的遊客不得不品嚐的道地美濃民俗料理。冬瓜封及高麗菜封更是不得不品嚐的民俗佳餚。
