Description
中文:1931年九一八學潮,其中在12月17日發生珍珠橋慘案,「7名學生跳後窗躍入珍珠河內,其中,上海文生氏英文專科學校學生楊桐恆頭部、胸部被刺刀刺傷後,跌入珍珠河里壯烈犧牲」。楊桐恆(1906-1931),四川宣漢人,葬於雨花台烈士陵園
English: Following the Mukden Incident on 18 September 1931, the Chinese government reacted passively to Japan's gradual occupation of Manchuria. While student protests spread around the country, 楊桐恆 (Yang Tongheng) was remembered as the student being killed on 17 December 1931 as police quelled the crowd.
