Description
中文：駐緬甸代表處李朝成大使於本(12)月23日偕經濟組陳伯彰組長，赴緬甸伊洛瓦底省考察農業、商業及投資環境，並訪視臺商，伊省省長U Tin Maung Win允諾全力支持、協助臺商進駐伊省，並指派緬甸投資暨公司管理局(DICA)勃生辦公室主任U Thet Paing全程陪同參訪、說明。

當日，李朝成大使一行先後實地參訪伊省市政建設與道路交通、港口設施、勃生工業城(PIC)、DIG工業區等地，雙方針對港口開發、渡假村、工業用地、農業、教育、醫療衛生等方面合作前景充分交換意見。李大使並建議緬甸聯邦政府、省政府及民間公司等，共組代表團前往臺灣辦理招商活動。
在訪視臺商行程方面，李大使於參訪勃生工業城時，特別勉勵承攬廠房建設的臺商(緬甸億合工程)公司代表，續積極掌握緬甸商機，並確保工程品質與安全，擴大我商在緬聲譽。稍晚，李大使續訪視臺商銘旺實業在緬甸子公司，與該公司莊榮吉總經理就伊省投資環境，以及該公司營運現況交換意見。考察行程於下午順利落幕。
