中文：駐緬甸代表處李朝成大使偕經濟組陳伯彰組長，於10月25日應懋展企業股份有限公司嚴玉麟董事長邀請，參訪該公司位於仰光雪林班工業區的緬甸廠—緬甸誠品製衣，除瞭解其營運現況，並就緬甸投資環境交換意見。

嚴董事長在簡報時介紹，懋展企業股份有限公司成立於1989年，致力於功能性成衣的研發與生產製造，主要產品項目為戶外登山服飾、滑雪裝、腳踏車裝、重機服裝、航海裝等高附加價值及高技術性產品，目前在中國大陸(廈門、河南)、緬甸，以及孟加拉等地設廠，主要客戶均為美、加、歐、中、日、澳等地之國際知名品牌。其中，緬甸誠品製衣公司(Eslite Garment Co., Ltd.)成立於2014年，目前有員工約3,000名，是緬甸第一家取得GORE-TEX認證的成衣工廠，原料係採用台灣的高階機能性布料，深受客戶青睞。近兩年緬甸受疫情及政局不穩的影響，雖整體環境不確定因素變高，但因該公司產品技術門檻較高、開發期長，到明年的訂單均相對穩定，且目前勞工充足流動性低，產品均能準時交付。至近日有關緬甸被FATF列入黑名單事看法，則認為未來銀行匯款時難免提高審核作業的要求，整體衝擊需再觀察各銀行之實際執行情形。(該公司詳細資料，請參考https://www.easternmarkgarments.com。)
李大使讚揚誠品製衣公司的高階專業服裝，在品質及技術令人驚豔，且公司在消防安全、員工職訓、醫療與防疫及國際認證各方面均規劃完善，堪為我商典範；另提到，緬甸明年依憲法舉行大選後，政權將移交民選政黨，局勢可望明朗趨穩，長期而言，緬甸在勞工、天然資源及市場的優勢不容忽視，我商在緬的發展前景值得期待。
