中文：李朝成大使參訪緬甸佳鴻水產

駐緬甸代表處李朝成大使偕經濟組陳伯彰組長，於6月29日應台商緬甸佳鴻水產公司洪榮璋財務長邀請，參訪該公司位於蘭達雅工業區的廠房，除瞭解其營運現況、就緬甸近期政經概況交換意見，並品嚐該公司各類水產品。
洪財務長及該公司歐雄營運長於簡報會時介紹，佳鴻冷凍水產有限公司總部位在高雄市，在中國、越南、泰國、緬甸等地均設有分公司。其中，緬甸佳鴻水產有限公司成立於1999年，在仰光蘭達雅工業區及若開邦首府實兌設有兩廠，員工約500人，專司緬甸水產品之加工外銷，主力產品軟殼蟹及各類蝦品，種類繁多，品質卓越，外銷市場遍及美、歐、亞及中東等地，已深耕緬甸水產業多年，對緬甸水產發展及出口拓銷貢獻卓著。洪財務長表示，建立優質的水產供應並不容易，在飼料、養殖、病害、運送及加工各階段環環相扣，都將影響產品品質及衛生標準，佳鴻經過多年在緬營運與合作，與合作夥伴建立高標準作業程序及衛生管理，深獲歐美高端市場喜愛，緬廠的營運收入穩定，倘政局安定，不排除增建廠房擴大營運，惟近期為配合緬甸央行出口外匯嚴格管制規定方面，確有不小行政壓力。會後，洪財務長並舉辦該公司產品的小型品試活動。(有關該公司的詳細資料，請參考http://www.gallant-ocean.com )
李大使表示，佳鴻公司能運用台灣先進的水產技術，結合緬甸豐富的水產資源及熟練的養殖人力，特別是建立高規格的冷鏈及加工，達成歐美市場的標準，實屬不易。有關緬甸嚴管外匯的措施，則期許我在緬的台商業者可多與我在緬的台資銀行協調配合，找到最佳互助模式，共創市場雙贏。
在會後的品鑑會中，李大使藉機品嚐軟殼蟹及各類蝦品所作成的各式菜餚，對佳鴻公司主力產品的碩大肥美與肉質鮮彈感到驚豔，讚不絕口。
