Description
中文：本處黃大使志鵬應台商「越南納智捷(Luxgen)汽車公司」謝董事長明輝邀請，於本(103)年6月13日上午09:30參加該公司捐贈巡邏車2部予越南公安部社會安全秩序行政管理警察總局(第7總局)之贈車儀式。

贈車儀式由謝董事長與越南公安部「社會安全秩序行政管理警察總局」副總局長杜廷儀(Do Dinh Nhia)代表雙方，並由駐處黃大使見證下完成贈車；僑務委員賴建中、僑務諮詢委員蔡寵恩、僑務顧問賴燦賢、河內台商會李國隆、峴港台商會長王聰實、太平台商會副會長黃增發等各地台商組織領導及公安部領導與幹部約計百人觀禮。
黃大使應邀致詞表示，513暴動迄今已屆滿月，渠以我政府代表立場，對於全力爭取在越南合法經營卻遭不法暴動嚴重損失台商之合法權益係責無旁貸之重要工作；暴動發生後，我國民眾未曾對在台工作與居留超過20多萬之越僑、勞工與學生有任何騷擾與為難舉動，展現我國民眾譴責不法暴動份子，卻不與善良越南百姓為敵之成熟與理智；亟盼越南中央與地方各相關單位，遵照阮晉勇總理、相關部會領導及公安部陳大光部長之各項指示與決心，全力與本處及越南台商總會合作，儘速協助受災台商進行重建與復工，並保障在越南台商之財產與人身安全，共同為越南經濟發展貢獻心力。

越南納智捷汽車公司此次捐贈2部巡邏車予越南公安部，交由河內市與胡志明市政府交通公安單位使用，不僅對提升台商在越南官方之能見度甚具效益，經由黃大使之親身說法，對促請越南公安單位加強維護台商在越財產與人身安全之保護，更具正面與實際功效。
