Description
中文：立法委員候選人曹爾忠今（31）天上午到署按鈴申告曹嚴彰及林惠官共同以文宣（含圖畫）指摘曹爾忠主導幽靈人口之查辦，使馬祖鄉親不是來往奔波飽受訟累，便是被判罪服刑，甚至有人自殺。但曹爾忠實僅在立法院質詢法務部，並要求法務部先行規勸及宣導，而非主張嚴辦。因此，對曹嚴彰及林惠官提出誹謗及意圖使候選人不當選，以文字、圖畫，散布不實之事，足以生損害於曹爾忠之告訴。
朱檢察長表示將依法偵辦，秉公處理，以維法紀。同時呼籲候選人於印送文宣時，應注意檢視文宣之內容是否與事實相符，演講時，亦應注意言詞，避免誤觸誹謗及意圖使候選人不當選罪。
