Description
中文（臺灣）：臺鐵普悠瑪號在蘇澳新馬車站發生翻覆事故，事件發生後，統由作戰區指揮官徐衍璞中將指揮調度，配合宜蘭縣政府等單位投入災害救援，圖為工作穿著「全民國防」背心的宜蘭縣後備軍人輔導幹部在21日的普悠瑪號翻覆事故中，也在現場除了提供國軍官兵必要的後勤支援外，更協助災害現場醫療後送工作。（軍聞社周力行）
