Description
中文（臺灣）：本照片為昭和16年（1941）《花蓮港中學校第一回卒業記念寫真帳》中，花蓮港中學校師生於花蓮港神社參拜的留影。當時正值皇民化運動時期，因此學校會特別要求學生至神社參拜，加強同一民族的感覺。戰後，於民國35年（1946），花蓮港神社更名為「花蓮忠烈祠」，而供奉對象亦從原本的天照大神、北白川宮能久親王、開拓三神，改為以鄭成功為首的革命先烈等。同時，「宮之橋」亦易名為「尚志橋」。原神社建築於民國70年（1981）被改建為現今的中國式北方建築。
