中文（臺灣）：本文為接續上篇〈臺灣1920年代的民族主義和共產主義〉的內容，講述臺共之再興，主要影響臺灣共產黨的關鍵人物－謝雪紅。
謝雪紅不僅將馬克思主義的理論靈活運用在臺灣社會運動中，更規劃諸多發展策略，如將臺共思想與活動滲透到已成形的民族主義團體中，利用他們的力量與資源，發起群眾運動。她在日本共產黨與中國共產黨之間的互動，取得發展的平衡，將雙方的指導方針經過吸收與挑選，逐漸衍生出一套屬於臺灣共產黨運作的模式，其認為臺灣已充分的工業化，原先中共和日共強調的農村革命方式已不適用，而是須著重在都市的勞工階層為主。在臺共發展穩固後，並漸漸脫離原先附著的民族主義團體，而變成一個獨立運行的共產黨組織，除了拉攏其他知識分子加入外，也逐漸影響了其他社會團體，如臺灣農民組合、文化協會等等。 謝雪紅雖在臺灣共產黨的發展地位與貢獻上舉足輕重，但隨著後來的中共與日共批評與排擠謝雪紅的臺共發展方針，認為是違背共產主義，再加上日本總督府的鎮壓等衝擊之下，臺共與其他民族主義組織的發展也隨之衰落。 |
