中文(臺灣):我國援助秘魯國際兒童村成立的電腦教室於本(1)月29日分別在該村介休(CALLAO)中心及Pachacutec中心舉行啟用典禮,由駐秘魯代表處吳大使進木及秘魯國際兒童村執行長Nancy Martinez共同主持,秘國會議員Segundo Tapia Bernal等人到場觀禮。
秘魯國際兒童村執行長Nancy Martinez首先致詞感謝我政府慷慨捐贈,表示該批台灣廠牌電腦將為該村收容及照護的200餘名孩童開啟知識之門,並強調本援贈案除可嘉惠該村200餘名孩童外,孩童家長及鄰近社區亦可參加電腦培訓課程,共享台灣愛心的成果。 吳大使致詞時則強調,台灣向以電腦高科技聞名,樂與友邦國家分享我經濟發展之成果與經驗,尤其台灣與秘魯同為APEC之會員,在APEC架構下,我自2005年起在秘魯推動之APEC數位機會中心計畫(ADOC),迄已設立14個數位學習及電子商務中心,協助逾10萬名以上秘國民眾接受資訊訓練,以期縮減秘國城鄉數位落差,改善偏遠地區學校教學設施及居民之生活環境。期盼透過此項援贈交流合作,能使秘魯國際兒童村孩童及家長與先進科技接軌,創造美好的未來。 |
