中文：1月23日 張淑玲處長陪同駐日本代表處謝大使長廷應邀出席橫濱華僑總會新年會。

出席貴賓包括神奈川縣黑岩祐治知事、田中和德眾議員、上田勇參議員、神奈川縣議會日華親善議員聯盟松田良昭會長、日華親善橫濱市會議員連盟橫山正人會長、鎌倉市議會日台友好親善議員聯盟松中健治會長等縣、市議員、洪益芬僑務委員、橫濱台灣同鄉會余玉隆會長及日本中華聯合總會朱恭亮會長等關東地區僑領約170人與會。
謝大使致詞表示，近3年台日各項交流雖因疫情中斷，上(111)年10月起台日間互相放寬入境管制，各項交流漸恢復。台日間每當遭遇災害總是迅速互伸援手相互扶持，這種善的循環可謂「世界和平」的象徵。我國與日本等國共享民主、自由及法治等普世價值，盼與日本等國攜手維護世界和平。欣聞日本政府刻正檢討將新冠肺炎由第二類傳染病降至第五類，期盼台日間各項友好交流能盡速較疫前更為緊密，持續深化台日友好關係。

張處長致詞表示，上年10月睽違3年盛大舉辦國慶慶祝典禮暨大遊行等活動，圓滿成功。繼感謝轄內各友好議連相繼通過決議案支持我加入世界衛生組織(WHO)等國際組織，欣見1年來神奈川縣內成立4個友我議連支持我國，並籲請續協助推動我國參與WHO、國際民航組織(ICAO)等國際組織及跨太平洋夥伴全面進步協定(CPTPP)。
