Description
中文：廣島縣尾道市長平谷祐宏伉儷於6月16日專程拜會蔡明耀處長。蔡處長除祝賀平谷市長順利連任外，並頒贈紀念金盤乙個。

平谷市長表示，渠去（103）年元月拜會嘉義市後，兩市間教育交流日益密切，從小學至大學、甚至特別支援學校間以及修學旅行往來頻繁；我國觀光客亦佔該市外國觀光客首位，尤其我國單車騎士到訪該市最為顯目且明顯成長，對促進該市經濟活絡貢獻卓著。該市今後擬擴大與嘉義市各式各樣交流。

尾道市位於本州瀨戶內海岸中心，與四國間陸、海皆有便捷交通連接，山水一色、風光壯麗，曾作為諸多電影背景，其中「瀨戶內島波海道」由尾道市作為起站，且有「腳踏車騎士聖地」之稱，來自日本國內及世界各國的遊客很多，熱鬧非凡。
