中文（臺灣）：山仔頂福林宮，地址在平鎮區福林里9鄰福林巷6號，本地舊名山仔頂庄。明治36年(1903)由地方仕紳鄧欽鳳等，邀集庄內賢達倡議，集資置產土地，其中二筆土地屬建地，蓋平房廟宇一座，安奉三官大帝。 至民國61年(1972)因年久失修，以致垣頹壁傾，廟身也不夠開闊，每逢慶典之時，人潮洶湧擁擠，因而由村鄰長與庄內信眾，倡議重建。民國67年(1978)2月拆舊更新，並於民國71年(1982)農曆8月15日完成廟身巍峨壯闊，能令信眾崇敬的宏偉廟宇。 山仔頂福林宮的香火源自信眾供奉的三官爐。廟內陪祀神祇為關帝聖君、天上聖母。廟宇的祭祀圈，從正門對聯「山客獻瑞鬱鬱梯田沾帝德，頂勢鍾靈離離盆地謢神宮」，便可得知福林宮是山仔頂庄民所崇祀。廟宇在民國61年(1972)經信眾決議，改設管理委員會，並設主任委員。地方上的慶典祭儀有農曆正月15日慶祝天官誕，祈福合境平安演劇。農曆7月15日地官誕，普渡孤魂祈求合境平安。農曆8月13日演平安戲，慶祝五榖豐登。農曆10月15日水官誕，完福酬神，敬謝一年內的平安康泰。 |
